Oliver is our founder and lead consultant. With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Oliver is a qualified food scientist (BSc in Food Science, Economics, and Marketing) and a professionally trained chef (Leiths School of Food and Wine). He’s worked with some of the biggest names in the global food industry, like Bakkavor, Sainsbury’s, Nando’s, and Wagamama. His expertise in product development and technical compliance covers food manufacturing, retail, and hospitality, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the culinary world. He’s even been recognized for his innovation with awards like the prestigious Quality Food Awards in the UK.
After founding a successful food business in 2021, Oliver knows the challenges startups face. He’s passionate about helping food businesses, big or small, reach their full potential.
